This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Pay Rate: $25.27 per hour

Schedule:  3rd Shift 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

What’s a typical day as an Apprentice Electrician? You’ll be:
• Assisting site Electrician skilled trades to learn and develop electrical skills in a manufacturing environment under direct guidance
• Successfully completing and documenting specified classes and a minimum quantity of on-the-job training hours
• Learning and understanding the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment
• Performing supervised work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications using various tools, measuring, and testing instruments
• Repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment and performing other miscellaneous duties within your capabilities
• Assisting with preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks
• Participating in continuous improvement activities

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have minimal or no work experience but are eager to learn and develop electrical skills
• Have knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Have basic knowledge of Fanuc Robotics (robot handling/programming)
• Have experience with equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis
• Have knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and performing quality inspections
• Are proficient in troubleshooting, electrical repairs, and maintenance of equipment
• Hold a 2-year tech degree in majors such as Mechatronics, Electrical Constructions and Maintenance, Automation Engineering Technology, or Electrical Engineering Technology
