Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$80,000 – $90,000 – based on experience.
Direct Hire positions – Work for our Client from Day 1!

What’s a typical day as a Quality Manager? You’ll be:
• Managing quality processes, continuous improvement efforts, and quality culture advancements.
• Establishing quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Developing and mentoring a quality team to run all aspects of quality measurements, verifications, and testing of products.
• Leading root-cause analysis investigations and implementing focused improvement activities to mitigate production issues.
• Analyzing and reporting on quality management system efficiency and effectiveness metrics.
• Coordinating staff training and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Effectively communicating expectations and driving compliance to expectations.
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 4 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Possess knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and experience in managing quality according to the standard.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Are proficient in root cause problem solving.
• Have a self-starter attitude and excellent organizational skills.
