Are you an experienced Stand-up Reach Forklift Operator looking for a new opportunity? Coty, a leading beauty company, is currently seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team in Sanford, NC. As a Stand-up Reach Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of products. Shift & Pay Information:
- 1st Shift - 7am to 3:30pm, $15.00/hr
- 2nd Shift – 3pm to 11pm, $15.50/hr
- Overtime required depending on customer needs
- Opportunity to earn a $150 bonus for referrals

Job Duties:
- Checking inventory, cycle-counting, scanning products, building partial pallets, replenishment, loading/unloading, and wrapping pallets
- Displaying a sense of safety, attention to detail, balance, and concentration in addition to dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Following work instructions and operating equipment in stable manner
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED and minimum of 6 months of experience operating a Stand-up Reach Forklift in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Strong understanding of forklift safety procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and balance
- Communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
