Talent Advisor 
We are seeking a Talent Advisor who will be the front-line support for our employees. This is a Work from Home position.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing plans that foster employee engagement, creativity, growth, and productivity. The emphasis of this role will be on supporting our interpreters who work in a 24/7 operation.
Hours
· Tuesday to Saturday – 3:00 pm PST to 11:00 pm PST.
How you would support your team…
· Continuously monitoring employee performance and identifying areas of improvement and recognizing success of our talent.
· Facilitate learning, coaching and/or development sessions to ensure the continued success of your team.
· Ensure employee compliance to client processes and schedule matrixes.
· Execute on a variety of programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and skill improvement.
· Regularly communicate with Talent on any updates to schedule, processes or KPI’s.
· Support and collaborate with talent to ensure that best possible outcomes are met.
· Ensure when issues arise that resolution occurs in a timely and professional manner.
· Drive and execute process improvements.
Does this sound like you?
· Two years of?customer service (call center/hotel industry) and/or employee management experience
· Exceptional communication and listening skills
· Understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language
· Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships, inspiring positivity within the team.
· Results-Oriented, hardworking, strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment
· Confident with technology to be able to complete basic troubleshooting with talent. Proficient on MS office, outlook and an HRMS system to track performance and talent activity.
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Not afraid to say “No”
· Bilingual skills would be an asset.
