3rd shift pay rate $26/hr 

  • 10 pm- 6:30 am

What’s a typical day as a Talent Advisor? You’ll be:
• Ensuring a high level of contractor engagement through execution of programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill enhancement, and effective communication.
• Proactively informing employees of safety policies, best practices, and updates.
• Resolving employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Building strategic relationships with clients and analyzing performance and feedback data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Delivering excellent service to assigned portfolio of accounts/sites in accordance with established operating and service level agreements.
• Driving compliance to customer-required processes and identifying areas of opportunity for process improvement.
• Partnering with internal resources to provide stellar service delivery to client portfolio.
• Ensuring required safety programs are in place and adhered to.
• Analyzing accident and injury trends and implementing process improvements.
• Identifying opportunities to remove administrative tasks and focus on value-added activities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study preferred.
• Have an understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc.
• Are proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based ATS/sales technology.
