Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $40-$50 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – in Brea; Wednesday- Pomona; Friday – Work From Home

What’s a typical day as a Human Resources Business Partner? You’ll be:
• Acting as a strategic and trusted advisor to client group leaders
• Analyzing workforce trends and metrics to drive talent planning
• Responding to employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Conducting investigations and completing required documentation
• Managing leave of absences in collaboration with HR shared services
• Monitoring performance reviews and talent assessment processes
• Facilitating training sessions to ensure accurate interpretation of HR policies
• Supporting employee engagement efforts and events
• Staying updated on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Partnering with EH&S to ensure compliance with safety policies
• Utilizing continuous improvement tools and participating in improvement events
• Traveling up to 10% domestically and potentially internationally
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree (PHR or SPHR certification preferred)
• Have a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Have knowledge of federal and California employment laws
• Have experience with FMLA and ADA compliance
• Are proficient with HRIS systems, preferably WorkDay
• Have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Have good presentation skills and professionalism
• Are comfortable working with ambiguity and autonomy
• Have the ability to build rapport and handle situations with confidence
• Can adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
