Salary:  $30-$35 hour
Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4pm, but need to be flexible during Harvest.
Duration:  6+ months.

What’s a typical day as a Human Resources Rep? You’ll be:
• Providing first line support to employees and managers by answering inquiries and policy questions.
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational structure and employee functions within the assigned client group(s).
• Partnering with various departments to fill job openings.
• Managing leaves of absences and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Assisting with employee relations issues and documenting complaints.
• Providing guidance and coaching to supervisors and managers on performance issues.
• Participating in identifying high potential employees and mapping out their career paths.
• Conducting employee training and onboarding.
• Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and events.
• Collaborating with payroll and compensation departments.
• Running ad hoc reports and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or a High school diploma with 5 years of HR experience.
• Have experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
