What’s a typical day as an HR Services Associate? You will:

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Leave Administration and HR Compliance Teams in the following areas:

  • Administrative support for Leave Administration including:

  • Manage process for security badge inactivation for employee’s while on a leave of absence including tracking status, reporting and all communications

  • Respond to all state leave of absence and disability forms by generating reports from SuccessFactors or SAP and analyzing data to accurately respond

  • Respond to employee inquiries on LOA policies, programs, claim and pay status using SuccessFactors

  • Manage LOA and Annual Compensation Cycle process

  • Administrative support for HR Compliance including:

  • Check coding, sorting and mailing from various sources (Payroll, states, etc.)

  • Unemployment:  Respond to claim requests, provide data using SuccessFactors or SAP, conduct wage audits and assist with hearing requests

  • Fulfill requests for employee’s personnel files, check for DPN notices and audit all new hires and terminated employees for accuracy

  • Track and maintain compliance-required labor law notices and posters (electronic or hard copy) for all US Boehringer Ingelheim locations

  • Conduct regular audits of incomplete employee data in SuccessFactors

  • Assist with Annual Debarment requirement; auditing and verifying all credentialed employees

  • Generate reports, analyze data and provide administrative support for Leave Administration and HR Compliance as required

  • Strong analytical and ability to research

  • Strong technology acumen, especially with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams

  • Understanding of HR master data (SAP and SuccessFactors)
