Pay $19.30 – $22.20
1st shift – 8am – 5:30pm Mon – Fri

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Answering inbound customer calls and emails related to placing orders, order status, product information, or pricing.
• Regularly monitoring emails and ensuring department goals are met while providing exceptional customer service.
• Processing customer orders and complaints promptly and accurately.
• Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve customer issues.
• Creating and maintaining customer accounts.
• Meeting individual metric standards such as monthly goals and service levels.
• Resolving technical issues over the phone and proactively recommending products to close sales.
• Participating in continuous improvement activities to contribute to a high-performing team.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 1-year relevant customer service work experience.
• Have experience providing customer service to international customers (preferred).
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Have excellent data entry accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Have good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Have the ability to build and maintain good rapport with customers.
• Have a customer-centered mindset and the ability to effectively deescalate emotions.
