Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time
– Company: Midgard Plastics
– Location: Green Lane, PA
– Pay Rate: $16.50-$17/hr
– Shift: 6:45pm-7am
– Work Schedule: Rotating 3/4 day work weeks

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Production Operator, your daily tasks will include:
– Operating various types of injection molding machines and assembly operations.
– Reviewing job folders and work orders for detailed manufacturing instructions.
– Following both verbal and written instructions and completing all required documentation.
– Maintaining accurate production counts and ensuring product quality.
– Participating in company-sponsored training and continuous improvement activities.
– Keeping workstations and surrounding areas clean and organized.
– Following all safety regulations and using equipment as directed by the Supervisor.
– Performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Ability to comprehend detailed written instructions and procedures.
– Proficiency in reading and writing English.
– Basic mathematical skills.
– Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
– Team player mentality.
– Physical stamina to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours.
