Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Hybrid: 2 days in office 3 days remote

What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Specialist? You’ll be:
- Providing answers to internal or external client questions as it relates to Banking, Financial Services and Payroll.
- Provide assistance with any complaints, or suggestions about a company’s service or product
- Offering specific information regarding the banking and payroll services available by the company
- Answering phones and providing troubleshooting information
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience providing customer support and handling inquiries within a bank setting or any other financial setting.
- Have experience handling payroll questions, concerns and/or complaints & discrepancies.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Are proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
