Kelly has an excellent opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a thriving manufacturer in Avon, OH.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a starting salary of $65,000 – $85,000 based on experience, a bonus structure, and an excellent benefits package.  In this role you will be responsible for maintaining financial records and guiding the financial health of an organization that has been a vital part of the community for 20 years!

Please note: our great partner has a wonderful Bookkeeper that is retiring after a long career!  She will be assisting in the transition and will be a great resource.  This role starts off as 100% in office with potential for hybrid in the very near future.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•    Manage financial data and disseminate info to management by research / analyzing accounting data and report preparation
•    Accurate recording of critical financial transactions
•    Timely responsibility of Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
•    Complete Tax Forms, manage profit and loss statements, and maintain balance sheets
•    Pay company bills, maintain ledgers, and manage client invoices
•    Delivery invoicing and vendor payments for goods / services
•    Research historical records and data to and retrieve necessary docs if needed
•    Compliance with federal, state, and local laws / requirements pertaining to operations and finance
•    Record cash receipts, manage bank deposits, and maintain petty cash
•    Prepare records and information for auditors
•    Provide additional administrative and clerical support if needed to support other departments during downtime

Skills and Requirements:

•    Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.  
•    3 + years of Bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing / fabricating environment preferred
•    Job Costing experience is highly preferred
•    Experience with Epicor ERP software is a big plus!
•    Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
•    Ability to work in-office in Avon, OH
•    Problem solving skills, excellent organization, and general accounting software experience is a must
