Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary Administrative Assistant to provide support vital support to in search of an Administrative Assistant to aid their Chief Information Officer, while also managing tasks for various stakeholders and healthcare committees in Regina, SK. 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and supporting the CIO’s work to ensure alignment and efficiency

  • Facilitating timely completion of tasks delegated by the CIO

  • Assisting in maintaining Saskatchewan’s healthcare management system by establishing and upholding standard practices and visual management

  • Aligning stakeholder activities with CIO and organizational goals

  • Providing administrative support for provincial and organizational committee meetings, including logistics, minutes, expense submissions, and general assistance

  • Delivering top-notch customer service to all clients

 
About you:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in an office environment

  • Certificate/diploma in office administration or a combination of education and experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong planning and organizing abilities.

  • Effective work and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in tasks.

  • Ability to manage time and set personal goals and priorities to achieve portfolio results

 
Perks:

  • Pay rate: $19-$23/h

  • Length of contract: Ongoing until project completion.
