Fork Lift Operator – Warehouse Associate
Location: Superior, WI
Shift: 1st shift
Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Are you ready to move your career forward with Kelly? Join our team at a top warehouse facility in Superior! We’re searching for dedicated Fork Lift Operators – Warehouse Associates to support efficient, safe bulk packaging and distribution operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive & stock bulk products and packages; repackaging as needed
- Complete tank readings, customer pickups, and LTL shipments
- Restock warehouse/driver supplies
- Fill, label, and load drums, kegs, pails, and other containers with precision
- Stage products for delivery based on schedule
- Load and secure delivery trucks; unload and store products efficiently
- Maintain accurate daily product records and submit packing slips
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet & electric jacks
- Track returned drum inventory
- Keep warehouse clean, orderly, and safe; report maintenance concerns
- Take inventory as needed
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Flexibility for irregular hours, weekends, and holidays is a must
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
- Represent Kelly and our client professionally in every interaction
What You Bring:
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to read road maps
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Skills in reading and interpreting technical/business info
- Ability to lift, climb, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Problem-solving and practical reasoning skills
- Experience preferred, but motivated beginners welcome!
