Job details

Associate Warehouse/Inventory Clerk

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19112
Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm EST
Pay: $20/hr
Benefits: Med/Den/Vis, 401(K), PTO, and Paid Holidays
 

Responsibilities

Verifying delivered items 
Unloading trucks 
Ensuring items are stored correctly 
Processing returns 
Inspecting deliveries with great attention to detail 
Being in good physical condition to lift and move heavy items 
Updating company inventories after items are received 
Checking with vendors to ensure orders arrive on time 
Accurately entering data and maintaining records 
Ensure accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment. 
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 
Stocking closets, breakrooms, copy rooms and other areas as needed 
 
Skills 
Critical thinking and ability to solve problems 
Ability to quickly establish personal credibility 
Strong written and verbal communication  
Project management skills including understanding how to plan work in reasonable time frame and break tasks into achievable sub-tasks 
Strong documentation skills including ability to use Excel and other quantitative analysis tools 
 
Qualifications 
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, logistics, and/or procurement 
1 – 3 years’ experience in assets and inventory management
