School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking passionate and collaborative Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a district in Southeastern North Carolina that’s actively investing in equity, leadership, and whole-child success. This forward-focused district is reimagining the learning experience and we’re looking for OTs who want to be part of that transformation!

As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in empowering students to access learning, develop independence, and thrive in the classroom and beyond.

We’re currently seeking in-person therapists to support:
• Student evaluations and re-evaluations
• OTA supervision
• Mentorship for fieldwork students

We offer flexible, school-based opportunities. Including full-time or part-time caseloads to help you find the right balance for your professional and personal goals.

What You’ll Do
• Provide occupational therapy services to K–12 students
• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings
• Develop and implement IEP-based interventions
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Foster students’ success in motor skills, sensory processing, and daily participation

You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Hold (or are eligible for) a North Carolina OT license
• Have experience working with children or in school-based settings
