Job details
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our 2nd shift team. If you have experience in manufacturing or assembly and are comfortable with hands-on work, quality checks, and using measuring tools, we want to hear from you!
Client: Polaris
Location: Monticello MN
Shift: 2nd
Time: 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Pay: $18.19 – weekly pay
Temp to Perm Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:

Deburr, inspect, assemble, and leak test various parts

Maintain quality and safety standards while meeting production targets

Use measurement tools and inspection gauges to verify parts

Inspect parts for non-conformances and document findings

Communicate any issues or actions taken during production

Follow blueprints and detailed assembly instructions
Qualifications:
-
1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
-
Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed
-
Comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
