Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide RBT supervision in local school district in Oley, PA. This role is part time, requiring ~ approximately 6 hours / week at this time to meet supervision needs.
RBT supervisees in this district: 3
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs across the school district.
- Supervision focused solely on strong & effective implementation of behavior analytic skills across 1-1, group, and class-wide support interventions.
- No responsibility for FBAs, IEPs, or treatment plan development.
- Supervision focused solely on strong & effective implementation of behavior analytic skills across 1-1, group, and class-wide support interventions.
- Maintain documentation of supervision meetings & observations, in accordance with BACB requirements
- Coordinate with classroom teachers, school BCBAs, and/or clinical case managers on feedback provided, support & follow up needed, etc.
- Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.
- Must have availability to provide onsite, in person supervision during school hours

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate, in good standing
- 8-hour supervisor course completed
- Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances
