Assembly - We have entry level and experience positions available
Hours for these Assembly positions are in the 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm, or 7:30am – 4pm M-F
Pay for these Assembly positions starts at 16 and goes up to 20 based on experience
Higher rates for experienced individuals (especially in cable/wire work)
Assembler Duties :

Assemble electrical components, cables, or wire harnesses according to specifications

Use hand tools, crimpers, or soldering equipment to join parts

Follow blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions

Conduct basic quality checks on finished assemblies

Pack and label completed assemblies for shipment or storage

Communicate any defects, delays, or material shortages to supervisors

Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures
- Measure and cut wires/cables to specified lengths using manual or automatic cutting tools

Label and organize cut wires for assembly or shipment
-
Inspect wire for defects or damage before and after cutting

Read and follow wire cutting instructions, schematics, or work orders

Operate wire cutting machines safely and efficiently

Track inventory of wire materials and report shortages
