Packaging Machine Operator – Kalamazoo
Join our production team as a Packaging Machine Operator! You’ll inspect and package products, rotate through production lines as directed, and ensure all items meet our quality standards. We offer competitive pay, flexible day or night shifts, and opportunities for advancement.
Pay & Schedule
- $17.68/hr starting pay, plus $1/hr night shift differential
- Day Shift: 5:20am – 5:30pm | Night Shift: 5:20pm – 5:30am (3 paid breaks)
- Bi-weekly rotation: Work weekends and weekdays as scheduled
Key Responsibilities
- Visually inspect products for quality and compliance
- Safely pack boxes, label, and sort products
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Assist with scrap material processing
- Support training of new team members
- Meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Willingness to show up and work hard everyday
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and defect identification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Effective communication and teamwork
