Job Title: Part-Time Order Selector
Location: Riverview, FL
Shifts Available: 2st Shift – 2:00pm to 7:00/8:00pm
Pay Rate: $17.75 an hour
Are you ready to elevate your career? We’re hiring a Part-time Order Selector in Riverview, FL, and want YOU to join our dynamic warehouse team!
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately selected and prepared customer orders for shipment based on picking tickets or electronic systems, ensuring order accuracy and timeliness.
- Operated material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers to safely move, retrieve, and stage products within the warehouse.
- Maintained up-to-date knowledge of proper equipment operation and adhered to all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Performed order verification and quality checks, addressing discrepancies and reporting damaged or missing items according to company procedures.
- Assisted with inbound and outbound freight including loading and unloading trailers.
- Supported inventory management by completing cycle counts and restocking, and by organizing warehouse racks and aisles for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborated effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Utilized warehouse management systems and handheld scanners for tracking inventory and reporting completed tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in warehouse
- Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and a team player!
