CNC Machinist | Direct Hire| $22-26/hr. based on skills and experience| Grand Rapids, MI |
2 Shift options available: (training for 2-3 weeks on weekday, day shift hours)
•    Night Shift:  Sunday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:00am – 10 hours OT each week
•    Day Shift:  Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm – 10 hours OT each week

What’s a typical day as CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:
•    Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC lathes, CNC mills, and other automated/manual machines to produce precision parts for automotive, electrical, and medical industries
•    Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute required tasks and specifications
•    Using specialized measuring tools to verify finished parts meet strict dimensional standards
•    Ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications throughout machining processes
•    Performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of machine tools and related devices

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
•    Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
•    Are experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints and manufacturing drawings
•    Have at least 2 years of experience setting up and adjusting CNC machines
•    Are physically able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs and stand for a full shift
