Kelly is Hiring: Food Production Associates
Location: Romeoville, IL
Looking to jump-start your career in food production?
No experience needed—just brings your positive energy and willingness to learn!
Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm ($16/hr.)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm ($17/hr.)
What You’ll Do:
- Work in a refrigerated environment (37°F and below)
- Inspect and ensure quality control of food products
- Make, shrink wrap, and pack pizzas
- Stand on the production line for the entire shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and USDA guidelines
- Maintain excellent hand hygiene and follow safety/hygiene plans
- Report any food safety or quality issues to supervisors or quality assurance
- Comply with customer requirements as needed
No Experience Necessary!
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand or walk for long periods throughout the shift
- Bend, squat, push/pull, and make fast, repetitive hand motions
- Work in cold, refrigerated, or freezer conditions
Food Safety & Quality:
- Immediately report any quality or safety concerns to management
- Help maintain high standards for food, equipment, and workspace
