Starting pay is $21.60 with quick quarterly increases up to $30.06/hr.

What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
– The primary point of contact for maintenance and facility issues, ensuring smooth operations across the production and warehouse facilities.
– Carrying out specific assignments as directed by the Maintenance Work Order system, including preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
– Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and hydraulic systems to maintain operational efficiency and ability to know when to contract out.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of previous facility maintenance experience.
– Possess knowledge of proper safety protocols and escalation procedures.
– Display strong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbally.
