Join Our Team as a Coating Technician!
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in the manufacturing industry? We are looking for a dedicated Coating Technician to join our innovative team!
What You’ll Do:

  • Apply a water-based catalytic washcoat (similar to paint) to ceramic or metallic substrates using dipping or pouring techniques—think auto catalytic converters!

  • Carefully record important data and measurements in our database.

  • Prepare coated substrates for heat-treating by packing them into batching ovens.

  • Pack finished products onto pallets, ready for their next destination.

  • Support our quality-focused process by laser-etching codes and applying insulation tape to products.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable with manual labor and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field is helpful, but we’ll consider a combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with chemicals, computers, or forklifts is a plus, but not required—we’ll provide training!

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety protocols.

Other Important Details:

  • Full Time – 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check; valid ID required

  • Competitive pay: $18–$21 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
