Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Carlisle PA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day- 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: Starting at $24.50 an hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues

  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner

  • Inspect facilities and equipment to identify needed repairs or safety concerns

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred

  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

  • Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
