Details:
- Hours: 3:25 pm to 1:55 am Monday through Thursday
- Pay: $36 – $46 per hour plus a 7% shift differential
- Location: Auburn, WA
Job Description:
The Senior CNC Machinist will collaborate with team members in the machining cell, operating Haas and Hurco 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines, as well as a Haas Lathe. Responsibilities include running machinery, assisting the supervisor and team with troubleshooting, mentoring and training machinists as directed by the department supervisor, and participating in continuous improvement projects.
- Proficiency in GD&T and inspection procedures.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and the capability to implement improvements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing.
- Able to make timely, sound decisions to drive improved outcomes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in CNC Machining, specifically with 5 axis Haas machinery and Fanuc controls
- Experience in the aerospace industry is highly preferred, the medical industry would also be accepted.
- Ability to train and mentor
