Pay Rate: $17/hr
Shift: 6AM-230PM, Monday-Friday

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:
- Refurbishing, cleaning, repairing, and preparing containers for shipment, including kitting, conditioned pack-out, banding, and wrapping pallets
- Following and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards
- Maintaining accurate records using manual and electronic inventory systems
- Supporting warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, and staging materials
- Cross-training across departments and assisting in onboarding new associates
- Keeping workspaces clean and organized, and promptly reporting maintenance issues
- Completing all required training, including equipment certifications (e.g., pallet jack, forklift)
- Performing other duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent experience (required)
- Possess a basic understanding of warehouse layout and safe material handling
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Are willing to obtain forklift certification and follow written instructions and procedures
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks and flexible schedules
- (Preferred) Hold an associate degree in a technical or business field
- (Preferred) Have previous experience in an ISO-regulated work environment
- (Preferred) Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Are physically able to stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers frequently, and lift/move up to 20 lbs regularly (up to 40 lbs occasionally)
