3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Mon–Fri)

What’s a typical day as Press Assistant – 3rd Shift? You’ll be:

• Supporting press operations under the guidance of the Press Operator or Supervisor
  

• Preparing and executing efficient and accurate press changeovers
  

• Monitoring product quality to ensure compliance with production standards
  

• Training and supporting other press assistants on operational procedures
  

• Performing preventative maintenance activities as per company protocols
  

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area and equipment
  

• Following all safety protocols and promptly reporting safety issues
  

• Keeping accurate records of quality, production, and waste
  

• Assisting with other duties as assigned to support press operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience in press operations or manufacturing (preferred, not required)
  

• Are eager to learn and follow operational and safety procedures
  

• Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  

• Thrive working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  

• Are physically able to stand, bend, lift (at least 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks throughout your shift
  

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
