CNC Lathe Machine Operator Wanted
Anaheim, CA
$26–$35/hour DOE
Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available
The CNC Lathe Machinist is an integral member of our shop team, supporting standalone milling and lathe operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of CNC milling experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines
- Measure and inspect parts using work instructions and blueprints
- Run multiple jobs simultaneously
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain quality and safety standards
Preferred Skills
- GibbsCAM or Mastercam programming experience
- Knowledge of metals and alloys
- Quality inspection experience
- LEAN manufacturing knowledge
- Experience with manual mills, lathes, and grinders
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Stand for extended periods
- Perform repetitive motions, bending, and maneuvering in tight spaces
ITAR Requirement
