Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary Emotional Support (ES) program. This role focuses on providing high-quality behavior support, completing FBAs, and partnering with school teams to help students succeed!

What You’ll Do
• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral and educational assessments
• Analyze data and adjust interventions to support student progress
• Develop and oversee Tier 1, 2, and 3 behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development
• Partner with educators and staff to meet diverse student needs
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district policies
What We’re Looking For
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active clearances (Child Abuse, State, and Federal)
• Passion for working with students in a school-based setting
