Looking for a steady job with great hours, weekly pay, and room to grow? Join the Kelly® team as a Welding Operator in Hesston, KS. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with modern equipment in a supportive team environment.

$500 Bonus after 200 hours worked

Pay & Schedule:

  • $17.00/hour

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate robotic welding machines to assemble parts

  • Load/unload materials and monitor equipment

  • Use basic hand tools to clean and finish products

  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards

  • Follow simple work instructions and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred

  • Comfortable using basic hand tools

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work
