Job Title: Documentation Analyst
Location: Athens, GA
Kelly Services is partnering with a Johnson & Johnson company in Athens, GA to hire a Documentation Analyst to support their Quality Control team.
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM(2-Year Contract)
Pay: $18.43/hr.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage, organize, and maintain QC documents (SOPs, work instructions, test methods, specifications).
- Prepare, review, and track change control records.
- Ensure all documents meet regulatory compliance and are audit ready.
- Support QC operations by coordinating training and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- High school diploma with 2–3 years of experience (GMP environment preferred).
- Experience with document control systems and changing control processes.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
- Experience supporting QC labs and familiarity with EDMS/eLIMS.
- Understanding of FDA, cGMP, and data integrity requirements.
