Location: Athens, GA
Pay: $38.46/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2-Year Contract)

About the Opportunity

Join a leading pharma company in Athens, GA, as a Documentation Analyst supporting the Quality Control team. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals interested in regulatory compliance and document management within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, organize, and manage Quality Control (QC) documents (SOPs, work instructions, test methods, specifications)

  • Prepare, review, and track change control records

  • Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and compliant with regulatory standards

  • Coordinate training and support QC operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma and 2–3 years of experience (preferably in a GMP environment)

  • Familiarity with document control systems and change control processes

  • Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of regulatory requirements

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field

  • Experience supporting QC labs; proficiency with EDMS/eLIMS

  • Knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and data integrity standards
