Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $35.00/hr | Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Performing repairs and modifications on production equipment using hand and power tools

  • Troubleshooting mechanical issues and supporting machine breakdown repairs

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation

  • Creating machine trees and breaking down machines to component level

  • Maintaining inventories for spare parts, tooling, and supplies

  • Executing maintenance plans through CMMS and factory resources

  • Recording and analyzing maintenance data, KPIs, and historical records

  • Offering technical support and digitalization solutions to operations

  • Performing technology upgrades to enhance asset reliability

  • Implementing Condition Monitoring strategic projects across the factory

  • Supporting and developing Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance programs

  • Updating PM routines and job plans based on root cause investigations

  • Measuring maintenance program efficiency and supporting training initiatives

  • Operating fork trucks and handling other assigned tasks

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a mechanical background in machine repair, automotive repair, or service technician roles

  • Can read blueprints and technical drawings

  • Are experienced with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS systems (preferred)

  • Possess strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based maintenance programs

  • Have forklift experience (a plus)

  • Hold a minimum high school diploma (advanced degree or formal training preferred)

  • Can work independently and as part of a maintenance team

  • Meet the physical requirements: varied postures, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating carts/tooling
