Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $35.00/hr | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Specialist? You’ll be:
- Performing repairs and modifications on production equipment using hand and power tools
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues and supporting machine breakdown repairs
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation
- Creating machine trees and breaking down machines to component level
- Maintaining inventories for spare parts, tooling, and supplies
- Executing maintenance plans through CMMS and factory resources
- Recording and analyzing maintenance data, KPIs, and historical records
- Offering technical support and digitalization solutions to operations
- Performing technology upgrades to enhance asset reliability
- Implementing Condition Monitoring strategic projects across the factory
- Supporting and developing Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance programs
- Updating PM routines and job plans based on root cause investigations
- Measuring maintenance program efficiency and supporting training initiatives
- Operating fork trucks and handling other assigned tasks
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a mechanical background in machine repair, automotive repair, or service technician roles
- Can read blueprints and technical drawings
- Are experienced with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS systems (preferred)
- Possess strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based maintenance programs
- Have forklift experience (a plus)
- Hold a minimum high school diploma (advanced degree or formal training preferred)
- Can work independently and as part of a maintenance team
- Meet the physical requirements: varied postures, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating carts/tooling
