CNC Machinist (Setup & Operate – Multi-Axis)
Location: Huntington Beach, 92649
Pay: $33/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM start
Overtime: Mandatory OT — typically 9–10 hour days + 4 hours on Saturdays for the next few months
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who can set up and run jobs with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level operator role. The ideal candidate has strong machining fundamentals, good judgment, and the ability to keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills
-
Work with Haas and/or Fadal CNC machines
-
Perform program edits at the control, including G & M code adjustments, offsets, and tooling changes
-
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
-
Perform precision inspections using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other measuring tools
-
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and production efficiency

Maintain quality and productivity standards while meeting production schedules
Required Experience
-
5+ years of CNC machining experience
-
Hands-on experience with Haas and/or Fadal machines
-
Ability to independently perform machine setups
-
Strong experience machining:
-
Aluminum
-
Stainless Steel
-
Inconel
-
-
Strong inspection and measurement skills
Preferred Experience
-
Aerospace parts machining
-
Manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders)
-
Experience machining Nickel
Requirements
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government/defense contract work
-
Must pass a criminal background check
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand for extended periods
-
Dependable, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently
