Kelly, in proud partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is searching for a dynamic Executive Administrative Assistant to support the innovative leadership team at our cutting-edge Irvine R&D facility. This is your chance to work shoulder-to-shoulder with top industry leaders, drive impactful projects, and shape new standards for efficiency and collaboration!
What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Power Behind the Scenes: Skillfully manage complex calendars for multiple executives, orchestrating meetings and events spanning the globe.

  • Travel Like a Pro: Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, master expense reporting using Concur, and ensure hassle-free reimbursements.

  • Become the Go-To Connector: Serve as the primary administrative point-of-contact, championing collaboration with other admins and cross-functional teams.

  • Own Your Day: Prioritize, pivot, and deliver—often independently and with minimal guidance.

  • Handle Confidential Matters: Demonstrate professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.

  • Support Every Step: Deliver first-class logistics for on-site events and team activities at our state-of-the-art Irvine campus.

  • Welcome New Talent: Play a vital role in onboarding and integrating new team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • 3+ years supporting executive-level leaders (Director, VP, or above)

  • Master multitasker with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills—capable of building relationships at all levels

  • Tech-savvy: Advanced in Microsoft Outlook & Teams, plus strong experience with Concur (or similar travel/expense platforms)

  • Anticipate needs, act with urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact setting

  • Strong organizational awareness and adaptability

  • Willingness to be on-site in Irvine full-time initially (with flexible options down the road)
