Location: Bellevue, WA Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

We are seeking a Document Scanning Technician who thrives in a fast?paced production environment and takes pride in accuracy, quality, and efficiency. If you enjoy hands-on work, organizing information, and supporting a mission-driven team, this role may be a great fit.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, evaluate, and determine the prep level of incoming documents.


  • Recommend file naming conventions and folder structures based on client needs.


  • Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, bindings, sticky notes, and other materials.


  • Create document indexes to support meaningful digital organization.


  • Scan small and large-format documents using a variety of production scanners.


  • Process scanned files to meet client requirements (quality, file size, OCR/text-searchable, etc.).


  • Perform quality control checks to ensure completeness and legibility.


  • Deliver final digital files to clients via upload link, USB, or other methods.


  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and visually productive workspace.


  • Work overtime when needed to meet deadlines.


  • Assist other departments as required.


  • Support customer service by answering phones and taking messages when needed.

? Skills You Bring

  • Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers.


  • Working knowledge of Acrobat, Bluebeam, or similar PDF tools.


  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.


  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software with minimal training.


  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and stand for up to an hour.


  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy.


  • A proactive, can?do attitude and a desire to continuously improve processes and skills.

? Required Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.


  • 1–2 years of experience in scanning, document handling, reprographics, or printing.


  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, file handling, or document management.
