Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Class A $26-$27 an hour
Schedule: Night shift 9PM – 5AM – They will sometimes not work 8 hours per route, but they are paid for full 40 hours a week no matter what as long as they worked every day.


1st route – Jessup to Morganville, NJ – It’s a one stop drive and hook meaning they drive there and drop the trailer and that’s it.

2nd route – Jessup to Ashland, VA – 6-7 stops unload using EPJ(electric pallet jack).

What’s a typical day as Class A Delivery Driver? You’ll be:
• Safely operating a 24′ box truck with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 26,000 pounds.
• Loading and unloading cargo using hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Properly tracking and documenting the activity log and reporting any issues or incidents to dispatch.
• Inspecting the truck before and after each trip and maintaining communication with customers with a positive attitude.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and can pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• Have a good driving record and at least 1 year of recent CDL A experience.
• Possess 1 year of route delivery experience and experience with manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Are capable of handling a physical workload, including lifting 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
