Multiple Shifts Available: 1st -  2nd -  3rd (shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd)
Pay Rates: starting $21-$24/hr (BOE)
 
What You’ll Do:
•     Build, repair & test: Use work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and your technical skills to assemble, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic components.
•     Solve & troubleshoot: Take on electro-mechanical assembly, identify challenges, analyze, and correct errors to keep our products running at peak performance.
•     Prioritize safety: Uphold the highest health and safety standards, maintain a clean and secure workspace, attend essential training, use protective equipment, and help prevent injuries.
•     Test, measure & record: Utilize advanced test fixtures, electronic measurement gear, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps. Meticulously enter data and develop your programming or repair skills.
•    Own your results: Audit parts, inspect for defects, and take pride in delivering flawless assemblies. Contribute to process improvements and drive team success.

•    Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
•    Comfortable working on your feet, in tight spaces, and with various tools and machinery
•    Able to distinguish colors, tolerate noise, and lift as needed
•    Willingness to wear PPE (coveralls, safety glasses, gloves, etc.)- sometimes in a cleanroom environment
•    A team player with a can-do attitude and a safety-first mindset
