Kelly Services Professional & Industrial is hiring Manufacturing Operators to support Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company, in Cornelia, Georgia.

Shifts & Pay
- 2nd Shift
- 12-Hour Rotating Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Pay Rate: $18.50 – $19.50/hour
Bonuses & Incentives
- $500 Sign-On Bonus (paid at 30 days)
- $250 Retention Bonus (paid at 60 days)
- $250 Retention Bonus (paid at 90 days)
- $2,000 Conversion Bonus
Conversion and sign-on bonuses are paid directly by Johnson & Johnson.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment used in manufacturing and assembly processes
- Set up, run, monitor, clean, and shut down machines
- Inspect parts and manage product disposition
- Load and unload ovens; prepare chemical baths
- Use computers for documentation and recordkeeping

- Ability to lift 25–45 lbs as needed
