Pack Operator / Production Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pack Operator to support production operations in Asheboro, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for packing finished goods, monitoring production output, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished products according to company specifications
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate and monitor basic production and packaging equipment
• Maintain accurate counts and production records
• Identify and report defects or equipment issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support team production goals and efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous production, packing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
• Overtime: Minimal overtime expected; however, occasional 8-hour Saturday shifts or 10-hour shifts Monday–Friday may be required based on business needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Repetitive motion throughout shift

• Manufacturing / production setting
• Exposure to machinery and production equipment
• PPE required as applicable
