  • Downstream Processing: Operate centrifugation and spray-drying equipment to harvest and stabilize microbial batches.

  • Technical Oversight: Monitor pressure vessels, pumps, and valves (pneumatic and manual) to ensure optimal production environments.

  • Facility Care: Conduct preventative maintenance on fermentation equipment and assist in training new technicians to maintain our high standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical applications.

  • Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in Chemical Operations or Biomanufacturing.

  • Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, or Boilers.

  • Knowledge of Confined Space and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) safety protocols.

  • Experience with forklift operation and basic laboratory sampling.

Benefits & Perks

  • Career Pathing: Specialized training in microbiology and industrial fermentation.

  • Stability: Direct-hire position with a global industry leader.
