Pay: $18.00/hr
Location: Strafford, Missouri
Shift: 2:00PM–10:00PM, Monday–Friday (OT as needed)

What You’ll Do:

  • Clean, inspect, and sort manufactured parts using chemicals, detergents, and specialized equipment

  • Operate essential tools including spin blasters, tumblers, zinc blasters, and media blast cabinets

  • Use drills, hand tools, grinders, and precision measurement tools as part of the cleaning and inspection process

  • Move and stage materials with motorized lifting apparatus

  • Identify, tag, and log parts for warehouse or production lines

  • Communicate closely with Team Leaders and the Quality department to resolve issues quickly and effectively

  • Complete essential paperwork and SAP/AMES system transactions

  • Maintain our high standards for safety and quality every day

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Strong commitment to safety, including wearing metatarsal protective shoes at all times (all other PPE provided)

  • Experience working with drills, hand tools, grinders, and measurement instruments preferred

  • Comfortable with computers and learning new systems

  • Able to stand for full shifts, lift up to 35 lbs, bend, and perform repetitive tasks

  • Willingness to complete respirator fit testing before starting
