Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hr

Shift: 2nd (3:30pm-12am)

What’s a typical day as Senior Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

  • Creating and managing cases within a proprietary system to support the production of Pre-Operative Plans.

  • Reviewing CT scans to ensure protocol conformity and segmenting them using specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models.

  • Developing surgical plans for robotic hip and knee replacements, reviewing and ensuring plan accuracy, and uploading finalized plans for field personnel.

  • Documenting all activities meticulously according to prescribed methods and maintaining strict adherence to established work instructions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Possess proficiency in English and demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (SharePoint experience is a plus).

  • Are detail-oriented, able to follow precise instructions, and thrive in a team-focused, production-driven environment.

  • Are able to work fully onsite in Weston, FL.
