Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist to provide school-based services 2 days per week for a local school district.

This role offers flexibility with the opportunity to support students in a meaningful, collaborative school environment. There is also potential to expand into additional evaluation work or grow into a fuller caseload for those interested in increasing their hours.

Responsibilities
• Provide counseling, instruction, and mentoring for students experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility for special education services
• Assess barriers to learning and develop strategies to support student achievement and individual needs
• Design and implement interventions and monitor student progress
• Support effective individualized instruction and positive classroom environments
• Collect and analyze data related to student outcomes, school improvement, and accountability requirements
• Promote school policies that support safe, inclusive environments and reduce bullying and harassment
• Respond to crisis situations by providing leadership, direct support, and appropriate referrals to community resources

Qualifications
• PA State License in Psychology
• PDE Certification as a School Psychologist
• Child Abuse, State, and Federal Clearances
