At Kelly®, we’re seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to work at U.S. Legal Support in Sarasota, FL. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.

Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Data Entry Coordinator:
• Processing and entering new and rescheduled scheduling requests, such as depositions, hearings, and trials into our internal system.
• Executing job settings within strict timelines to meet service level agreements.
• Managing direct billing setups for insurance carriers and handling Portal/Hopper requests accurately and efficiently.
• Reviewing requests for missing information and proactively following up with clients to ensure all data is complete.
• Identifying and correcting data entry errors or inconsistencies, responding to internal inquiries, and retrieving necessary records or files.
• Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security protocols while collaborating across departments and performing additional tasks as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) and at least 1+ year of relevant experience in data entry, administrative roles, or legal settings (preferred).
• Possess strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or databases.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented mindset and strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Are reliable, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks.
