Material Handler – Full-Time

Location: Fife, WA Schedule: Full-time, with potential overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable, hardworking Material Handler to join our warehouse operations team. This role is essential to keeping our facility running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for moving materials, loading products, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that values reliability and safety, this role is a great match.

What You’ll Do

  • Move materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility using manual methods or a hand truck


  • Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks with accuracy and care


  • Stack pallets and skids in designated storage areas


  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace through sweeping, trash removal, and general housekeeping


  • Support warehouse safety and operational efficiency by completing additional tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred


  • Ability to stand and walk for 10–12 hours


  • Ability to lift and pull up to 50 lbs without restriction


  • Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching


  • Able to work in environments with varying temperatures, lighting, and noise levels


  • Ability to navigate large warehouse spaces (over a quarter mile in length)


  • Willingness to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and holidays


  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
