We are looking for a Quality Technician to manage our extensive Sample Library. This is a high-visibility project where you will oversee the inventory, upkeep, and disposal of chemical samples. While this role starts in sample administration, it is designed as a pipeline for future lab training. If you have a background in Bio/Chem or a strong desire to work in a laboratory environment, this is the perfect starting point.
What You’ll Do
- Sample Governance: Manage samples, ensuring accurate inventory, labeling, and compliant disposal.
- Regulatory Adherence: Learn and apply world-class standards including ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and EU MDR.
- Quality Control: Assist in sub-assembly and final QC product acceptance testing.
- Documentation: Review Device History Records (DHR) and document non-conformances to support problem-solving investigations.
- Site Support: Execute calibration and environmental monitoring processes.
Who You Are
- Education: High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree (No BS degree required).
- Mindset: Highly organized with an interest in medical device manufacturing or laboratory work.
- Skills: If you have an Associate’s in a science-related field, you are a top candidate for future lab transitions.
- Reliability: Able to work a consistent 8.5-hour day with a flexible morning start.
