We’re seeking an Inbound Call & Administrative Coordinator to work at a leading organization in Albany, NY. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour (Contract through September 2026, extension possible)
Shift: 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday with availability for OT as needed (considered Hybrid after training)
What’s a typical day as an Inbound Call & Administrative Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Managing inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and providing customer service support
- Preparing and processing correspondence, including composing letters and memoranda from various sources
- Proofreading and editing legal, financial, technical, or other business-related information
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Receiving and relaying phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to routine requests
- Sorting and evaluating mail for importance and urgency
- Investigating and resolving employee and customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction
- Creating slides, spreadsheets, visuals, charts, and graphs using Excel and PowerPoint for meetings and presentations
- Scheduling and maintaining calendars for meetings, conferences, and appointments for assigned staff
- Making arrangements for meetings, preparing agendas, issuing invitations, and organizing necessary materials
- Preparing travel arrangements, submitting expense reports, and monitoring for accuracy
- Establishing and maintaining files, purging obsolete materials, and maintaining supply inventories
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School diploma supplemented by training in stenography and office procedures
- Hold an Associate’s degree in secretarial science (preferred)
- Are comfortable providing administrative support for up to three management-level staff
- Possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
